Refund requests will only be considered within 7 days of purchasing a course and only if no services have been availed, such as LMS access, masterclass sessions, or soft skill training sessions.

• Payments: Payments for courses and services are processed securely through Razorpay.and paypal.

• Refund Policy:Payments made for courses and services are refundable within one week; after 7 days, no refund will be provided.

• Course Cancellation by Student:If a student cancels the course within one week after making the payment, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

• Batch Cancellation by Srijan: If Srijan cancels a batch, students will be offered an alternative batch for the same course.

• Refund Request Procedure: To apply for a refund, students should contact info@srijaninstitute.com for further assistance and details regarding the process and timeline.

• Refund on Discounted or Promotional Fees: Fees paid under discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable.

Transactions on our website are encrypted and processed securely via Razorpay:

• Failed Transactions:In case of a failed transaction, any debited amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
